  I came in to pay my credit card bill. I told the teller that I would like to pay full amount in cash (over $3K). She asked to see my driver license. I was very surprised since I am not withdrawing cash, I AM PUTTING IT IN THE BANK. I dress in blue jeans, polo shirt and sneakers and is that the reason that she discriminated me??? I believe that she is a racist and unprofessional. Bank manager should have serious talk to her. I do not recommend this branch!!!

  This is a really bad experience. I merely came to ask a question, and have been waiting for 1 hour without anyone come to say nothing. when i ask the blue shirt guy(may be manager) for how much more time need to wait, he has bad attitude. Some people just have to leave since there is only one banker working.

  Sure there are long lines at peak times of the day, usually that means good service. I don't mind waiting a few minutes to get my business taken care of correctly.
